Anh10 Platform Terms & Conditions

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the anh10 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or using any of the services provided. Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of all terms stated herein.

1Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By registering or using the anh10 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the services provided by anh10.

To register an account and use the platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Be a legally eligible individual under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
  • Not falling within any category of individuals prohibited from using the platform under applicable local laws.
  • Register only one personal account for yourself and not on behalf of any other person.

Anh10 reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

Important to Note

These terms are automatically accepted when you complete the account registration process, or when you continue using the platform after any amendments have been made. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

2Account Creation & Information Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the anh10 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. anh10 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification or know-your-customer compliance purposes.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. It is strongly recommended that you:

  • Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
  • Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
  • Notify the anh10 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Anh10 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

3User Responsibilities and Usage Rules

As an anh10 platform user, you agree to use all services provided in a responsible manner and to comply with all applicable rules. You are not permitted to:

  • Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws or local regulations.
  • Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform through any technical or other means.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from anh10.
  • Distributing content that is misleading, false, or harmful through the platform.
  • Taking any action that could compromise the security, stability, or integrity of the platform's systems.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their location. anh10 makes no representation as to the legality of using the platform outside specific jurisdictions, and users are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.

Any violation of the platform's usage rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances associated with the violation, and a permanent ban from the platform. anh10 reserves the right to pursue legal action where a violation causes loss or damage to the platform or any third party.

4Payments, Transactions and Currency

All financial transactions on the anh10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via a range of supported local payment methods, including DuitNow, internet banking transfers to major Malaysian banks, GrabPay, and Malaysia-issued Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions

To ensure smooth transaction processing, users must comply with the following conditions:

  • The name on the bank account or digital wallet used for deposits must match the registered name on the anh10 account.
  • Each successful deposit will be credited to the user's account balance within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method held in the same name as the registered account holder.
  • Anh10 reserves the right to request additional verification, including identity documents, before processing any withdrawal.
  • Any attempt at fraud or money laundering through the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be closed immediately.

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the chosen payment method and the user's account verification level. The latest information on transaction limits is available in the platform's wallet section after logging in.

5Account Policy, Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure

Anh10 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • The user is found to have violated any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
  • The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
  • The account has been found to involve multiple registrations or is being shared with another individual.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance associated with the offending activity may be forfeited. For voluntary account closures initiated by the user, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

The anh10 platform is provided on an as-is basis. While we strive to keep the service running smoothly, anh10 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or unexpected downtime. anh10 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions that are beyond our control.

All content on the anh10 platform — including logos, designs, user interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of anh10 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from anh10.

Any links or references to third-party services within the platform, where present, are provided solely for user convenience. anh10 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any such third parties.

6Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Anh10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page, and the date of the most recent revision will be stated at the top of the document. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed full acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments made, you should discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure through the available support channels.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remainder of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
